Accepting these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Caring Family Homecare website and any information, forms, or features on it. By using this website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

About our services

Caring Family Homecare is based in Dearborn, Michigan. We help families learn about paid family caregiving through Michigan’s Home Help program and support them through the steps toward approved care.

Submitting a form, calling us, or using this website does not by itself create a client relationship or an agreement for services. Any services we provide will be described in a separate written agreement.

Eligibility & payment

Home Help eligibility, the amount of care authorized, and caregiver pay are decided under Michigan program rules, not by this website or by Caring Family Homecare alone. Phrases such as “you may be pre-qualified” are an invitation to start a conversation, not a determination of eligibility.

  • We cannot guarantee that you or your loved one will qualify for Home Help.
  • We cannot guarantee a specific number of hours, pay rate, or start date.
  • Program requirements can change, and approvals depend on the information and documents provided.

Not legal or medical advice

The information on this website is general information about caregiving and the Home Help program. It is not legal, financial, or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional about your situation. In a medical emergency, call 911.

Information you submit

When you contact us or complete our eligibility form, you agree to:

  • Provide information that is true, accurate, and your own (or that you are authorized to share)
  • Share only what is needed for us to contact you about your inquiry
  • Let us use that information as described in our Privacy Policy

Calls, texts & emails

By submitting your contact details, you agree that Caring Family Homecare may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your inquiry and related services, including at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of receiving information or services.

Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply “STOP” to any text message to opt out, or ask us at any time to stop contacting you.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose or to submit false or misleading information
  • Submit another person’s information without their permission
  • Attempt to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
  • Use automated tools to send spam or bulk submissions through our forms
